Journey To Becoming A Game Dev. (Noob Edition)
Today was exciting, I got the the light show part of the program and am going to be messing around with all sorts of color schemes. This is what I feel I needed. I have been struggling with keeping myself motivated, and enthusiastic on this project for I felt like I have not been making progress. But today I got the thrusters to work when getting hit, and the stream of smoke comes out of the side of my ship all on my own. I was completely shocked that I was able to figure it out on my own. I animated it, put in the logic, and added what needed to be added to its correct spots. To me this is a big accomplishment. Sure it’s a small thing but before I would have never even known when, how, or what to put anything anywhere. So I gave myself more credit into me slowly understanding, and things sticking in this brain of mine. I can’t wait till I start getting these color functions in. I have some ideas i’ve been thinking about for a little while on what I will be able to create and with know knowing I'm able to do these functions on my own gave a little spark that I needed. I can’t wait to show my progress tomorrow. But until then…
